Enter the journey and let the body land.
Welcome, settling in, welcome dinner. Group introduction, intentions, opening circle. No deep work : grounding, sleep, adjustment.
Receive the highest consciousness — and reveal what prevents it from landing in the body.
Giza plateau, meeting with the Sphinx. Opening meditation in the Great Pyramid. First family constellation — lineages, loyalties, fear of receiving.
No museum. No shop. An opening, not a tourist program.
Move from sacred architecture into embodiment.
Saqqara in the morning — Djoser. The place where an invisible intention becomes stone. Then the land of Fayoum : first ceremony — bring consciousness down into the body, settle the nervous system, choose embodiment.
Let the land integrate, before the passage toward Osiris.
Slow morning : silence, desert, water in the middle of sand. Then the long road to Abydos. No workshop in the evening — the body digests. Fayoum is not a major temple : it serves embodiment. The place serves the work, not the reverse.
Leave behind an old identity without leaving the body.
Temple of Seti I : Osiris, Isis, Horus. The site itself is the initiation — no added ceremony. Evening : boarding the dahabiya. The river begins.
Reopen the heart after Osiris, and return fully into the living body.
Hathor in the morning : love, joy, beauty, receptivity. Return on board. Ceremony no. 2 takes place on the dahabiya — leaving behind an old way of being, reopening the heart, returning fully into the body. The Nile carries what has just closed and reopened.
Move from inner authority into sovereign action.
Karnak very early — silence, axes, sacred lake. Navigation. Edfu carries Horus : courage, vision, legitimacy, capacity to act. Light integration evening — no constellation.
Unite the body's instinct with mature consciousness.
Kom Ombo in the morning — double temple : Sobek (instinctive power) and Horus the Elder (consciousness that governs). On board, second family constellation : return the burdens, take your rightful place, embody the sovereignty worked at Edfu.
Restore, seal, and carry Egypt in the body.
Philae at daybreak — Isis, waters, rebirth. Short closing meditation at the temple. Then disembarkation and departure from Aswan. What you carry is not a souvenir : it is an imprint.
Not a means of transport. A container : the place where the work settles between the temples.
