Nobody loves legal documents. We prefer to explain them beforehand rather than send them without warning. Nothing here should surprise you.
Why these documents
Three reasons, and we stand by all three.
So you know what you are committing to. A nine-day journey in Egypt, with demanding emotional work, deserves to be described precisely — not summarized by a sales page.
So we know how to accompany you. Your health information and emergency contacts are not a formality. They matter if something happens.
Because we have responsibilities, and so do you. Ours are written. Yours are too.

These are signed after your participation is approved — not in the initial application. Final texts must be read before any signature.
Next step. The application gathers your info and questions. Contractual commitments are signed after the conversation, once your participation is approved.

Electronic signature
After approval, you will receive a link by email. You read the final texts, you sign online, you receive a copy. No printing, no postal mail.
An electronic signature implemented in line with applicable requirements may have the same evidential value as a handwritten signature.
Take time to read. If a clause raises a question, ask it before signing — that is exactly what this step is for.
You sign online via a dedicated link — not in the initial application. The exact provider is indicated when you sign.
What becomes of your information
The detail is on the Privacy page : who processes your information, for which purposes, how long, and how to exercise your rights.
What we never do : sell it, share it for commercial ends, keep it beyond what is necessary.
For booking and the travel contract, the frame is that of KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS (Kosmo Voyages). Application and contact data on this site are used only for information and selection for LA TRINITÉ.
Travel insurance
No participant may travel with us without valid travel insurance. Coverage requirements and the deadline to send your certificate are detailed on Practical information.
We do not sell insurance and do not recommend any particular insurer.
