Who processes your data on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Two distinct frameworks
LA TRINITÉ is an educational offering sold by KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS (trading as Kosmo Voyages).
On this site (application, newsletter, WhatsApp / email contact) : the LA TRINITÉ team processes your data for information and selection. Contact to exercise your rights : Contact page or WhatsApp +33 7 67 84 43 41.
After approval, for booking, the package contract and payment : the controller is KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS (10 rue Bapst, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine · RCS Nanterre 979 344 850). Their contractual framework then applies.
Data collected on this site
- Application : identity, contact details, country, room type, motivation, emergency contact, answers to dossier questions.
- Newsletter : email address (and first name if provided), by consent.
- Contact : WhatsApp, email or Cal.com calls you initiate.
The initial application does not collect a detailed medical file. Any health data is requested only after booking confirmation, via a dedicated secure form.
Purposes and legal bases
- Processing your application and conversation — pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Newsletter — consent ; unsubscribe at any time (email link or contact).
- Replying to your messages — legitimate interest / your request.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Recipients and hosting
- LA TRINITÉ team (facilitators involved in selection).
- Vercel Inc. — site and serverless hosting (US / EU depending on region).
- Resend — transactional email (application receipt, team notifications) and, where used, newsletter list.
- KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS — only if your participation is approved and travel booking starts.
Transfers outside the EEA may occur via these providers, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention
- Application not retained or withdrawn : deletion or anonymisation within 12 months of the decision, unless a legal obligation applies.
- Application leading to a booking : retained under the travel operator’s obligations and the contract.
- Newsletter : until unsubscribe or deletion request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local authority.
