01The journey
Who is this journey for ?
Adults who have already done inner work — therapy, meditation, body, circles — and who feel a gap between what they understand and what they live. Not an impulsive first “spiritual” trip.
When is it not indicated ?
If you are in an acute psychic crisis or major instability. If a grief or separation is still raw. If you are seeking medical or psychological treatment, a cure, or mainly tourism. If you cannot commit to the full nine days.
How many people ? In which language ?
Group limited to 15 people. The journey is held in French and English.
Do I need to know Egypt or esotericism already ?
No. We explain each figure, site and practice when it arises — always distinguishing history, symbol, and what we do with it.
Is this a cult or a religion ?
No. Osiris, Isis and Horus are archetypes to explore here, not figures to worship. No religious adherence is required.
02The work
What happens across the nine days ?
Sites and temples woven into the arc, eight group times — including four long sessions (two ceremonies, two family constellations) and shorter circles. The rest : travel, meals, rest, presence.
What is a family constellation here ?
Group work that places a family system in space. It is not role-play, family therapy, or treatment. The precise frame is given after registration.
Is this therapy ?
No. Ceremonies and constellations do not replace medical or psychological care. If you are currently supported by a practitioner, speak with them — and with us — before committing.
Is what is said confidential ?
Yes. Every participant commits to it. No photos or recordings during work sessions.
03Practical
What is included in the price ?
The journey (8 nights), meals, entries, guides, transfers, work with the three facilitators. International round-trip possible with us — or your own (−400 €). See Pricing.
What is not included ?
Visa, travel insurance, domestic flight Aswan – Cairo, personal expenses. Visa and insurance are handled at travel booking (with Kosmo or on your side).
I travel alone — or as a couple ?
Both are possible. Shared room (same gender) or individual as a supplement. Note any duo in the dossier.
Can I book my own flight ?
Yes. −400 € on the price. Conditions : arrive in Cairo on 27 November during the day, depart after 5 pm on 5 December.
04Book & pay
How do I apply ?
Application → conversation → approval → read and sign documents → deposit → booking confirmation. No deposit before approval and signature. Payment is via Kosmo Voyages (KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS), which sells the offer.
Why go through a travel agency ?
In France, this kind of travel offer is booked through a registered agency. LA TRINITÉ is a brand / educational offering sold by Kosmo Voyages (KOSMO TRAVEL GROUPS) : contract, payment and package-tour legal frame. The pedagogical work and selection stay with the LA TRINITÉ team.
